Reservations

Please call, email, or use our self-booking system located on our website to schedule your party 2-4 weeks in advance of the desired date. Once we have all your information and deposit, a confirmation email for your reservation will be sent to you.

Deposit

A non-refundable $130 deposit is required to secure your party date. Deposits can be made through our website.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash, checks (payable to Adorable Kids Parties), and credit cards. The balance is due on the day of the party at setup.

Returned Check Fee

There will be a $35 fee for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.

Gratuity & Tipping

Gratuity is not required but is always appreciated for a job well done.

Minimum/Maximum Attendance

  • Parties are designed for a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 20 guests (including the guest of honor).

  • If you plan to have more than 13 guests, please contact us after paying the deposit to arrange for a third-party coordinator.

RSVP Confirmation

Please confirm your final guest count at least 4 days prior to the party. This number will be used to determine quantities for costumes, favors, crafts, and food.

Attendance of Guests

  • Charges are based on the final guest count provided before the party, not the number of children who show up.

  • Include siblings in the final guest count if they will participate in party activities.

Late Arrivals

Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned out, and any child arriving late may join the activities at the point that they have progressed. This is necessary to ensure the least amount of disruption to the party, and your understanding is appreciated.

Discipline & Non-Participation

The party hostess is responsible for the flow of the party and the party activities. We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child.

Food Allergies

If we provide catering, it is the client’s responsibility to check for guest allergies. Severe allergies may require alternate menu arrangements.

Adults at the Party

  • The birthday child’s parents must remain for the duration of the party.

  • Guest parents are welcome but should minimize noise to avoid distractions.

Outdoor Parties

  • Outdoor parties must be in clean, non-grassy, and non-dirt areas (e.g., patios or decks).

  • Provide an indoor backup location in case of inclement weather.

  • Children cannot go into grassy or dirt areas while wearing costumes.

Please be aware, Adorable Kids Parties will not be responsible for applying sunscreen or insect repellent to children. The client may be responsible for damage caused to costumes from these products. We reserve the right to determine if the outdoor area is suitable for our equipment. Please provide an area indoors for the children to change into costumes. 

Inclement Weather or Illness

If severe weather or illness occurs, parties may be rescheduled. Deposits remain non-refundable, but we will work with you to find an alternate date. Additional charges may apply for new invitations or food.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Parties can be postponed once at no additional charge.

  • A $120 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event. 

Once your party is booked and the deposit is paid, the party can only be postponed once. Based on availability, we will happily work with you to reserve an alternate date for your party. If you decide to cancel your party for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable. A cancellation fee of $120 will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with the preparations and staffing already in place for your event. 

Travel Fee

  • $40 fee for travel between 25-40 miles from 8711 Bass Lake Rd suite 105, New Hope, MN.

  • $1.25 per mile beyond 40 miles.

  • $1.75 per mile beyond 60 miles.

  • Mileage is calculated round-trip, and travel is limited to 80 miles from New Hope, MN.

Adorable Kids Parties reserves the right to refuse to travel to locations further than 80 miles from New Hope, MN

Parking

Please provide ample driveway space for unloading. Covered garage access is appreciated in rain or snow.

Liability

Adorable Kids Parties is not responsible for accidents, food allergies, injuries, or property damage.

Disclaimer

Services are not performed by licensed cosmetologists, our services are for the enjoyment of children/teens and are considered party entertainment. Contact a salon if you are seeking a cosmetology.All Adorable Kids Parties, services, and “treatments” are strictly for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. Our services are for fun and party entertainment for kids ONLY.

Damage

Clients may be held responsible for excessive damage to costumes or other party property.

Food & Beverages

To protect costumes, we ask that food and drinks served during the party be light-colored or clear. Prohibited items include cola, fruit punch, tomatoes, and dark jellies.

Client Obligations

  • Provide safe, clean areas for activities.

  • Ensure a smoke-free environment.

  • Remain with the party at all times.

  • Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests if you want them to stay.
